To make your reservation online, use the
shopping cart buttons below.
If you want to pay online by credit card or
PayPal, use the "Check Out" button, (sorry, we have to add
the indicated nonrefundable
"handling" charge at checkout to cover the credit card fees - we are
only passing on exactly what fee TCGHS is charged). Your spot will be reserved
immediately.
If you prefer to save the handling fee by not paying online,
you can download a printable registration form. (Note: credit
cards are only accepted online!)
Your spot will be reserved as soon as we receive your payment.
Or, you can still
use our shopping basket - just add your items, view the basket, and print the
order form using your browser's print button. Then add your name, address,
telephone, and email (Please Print!) to the form.
Mail to "Fort Wayne Bus Trip, Tazewell County Genealogical &
Historical Society, PO Box 312, Pekin, IL 61555-0312" along with your
check or money order made payable to TCGHS.
Your spot will be reserved as soon as we receive your payment.
If you reserve a double, under special
instructions enter your roommate's name. If you reserve a single, but
would like a roommate to get the double rate, let us know. We'll put you
in touch with any other researchers wishing to share a room.
Note: Our shopping cart uses a pop-up window -
sometimes this will not be able to occur if you have software installed on your system to prevent pop-up advertisements.
If nothing happens within five or ten seconds of
pushing the "add to cart" button, you may want to investigate temporarily
overriding or shutting down your pop-up prevention software.
